The SAR Retail Center is not an ordinary retail or online store. The staff strives to provide the highest and most professional customer service possible. Our goal and mission is to make your job easier and we have gained national recognition for the quality of our service. We take pride in going above and beyond for our SAR Members and all of our customers.

Do I have to be a REALTOR® or member of SAR to make a purchase?

No but prices on merchandise may be higher for non-REALTORS® and non-Members.

What does SAR stand for?

SAR stands for the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®.

May I pick up an online purchase on site at the store?

Yes. All purchases may be picked up at the SAR Retail Center at 2003 Howe Ave, Sacramento. Pick up will be available in the future at SAR Satellite stores.

What are your store hours?

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Saturday, 9:00am to 2:30pm (except holiday weekends)
Closed holidays

Is all store merchandise available online?

While the majority of merchandise is available online some custom items are available only in the SAR Retail Center.

When will my purchases be shipped?

Orders received will be shipped within 3 business days

Do you ship to areas outside of Sacramento?

YES! The SAR Retail Center ships to all parts of the United States.

How do I track my shipment or return a shipment?

You will receive a confirmation number with your order. If you have concerns about shipping or need to return an item please contact the SAR Retail Center at 916-437-1222

Does SAR provide courier services?

Courier Services are available to commercial addresses in the Sacramento County area only.

How do I use coupons or Gift Certificates when ordering online?

Simply enter the online code printed on the coupon or gift certificate in the appropriate field when paying for your order.
